Apartment

Our spacious three-room apartment is situated close to the Idrija town center, in a quiet location nestled against the green slopes of Rožni hrib.

A great starting point for both avid sports enthusiasts (recreational fishing, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, etc.) as well as those keen on sightseeing the numerous monuments of Idrija, a mining town with a 500-year-long history inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The rich history of the town has also given rise to the tradition of lacemaking and an excellent local cuisine (such as žlikrofi, delicious dumplings with potato-filling, and smukavc, a cabbage soup). Food can be ordered in by phone from local restaurants.

Not far away from the town center lies the Zgornja Idrijca Regional Park, which features a beautiful natural bathing site at Lajšt, and the natural monument of the karst lake Divje jezero ('Wild Lake'). Within walking distance from the apartment are many essential services (such as the post office, grocery stores, the bus station, the hospital, bars and restaurants, and an electric bike station) and cultural monuments for which Idrija was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Multiple free parking spaces are available right next to the apartment.

The apartment is comfortable and completely renovated with brand new furniture and a spacious living room with a large dining table, a sofa bed, a TV, and free Wi-Fi. The heating and air-conditioning is provided by a heat pump and central heating. The apartment also features a kitchen with a large refrigerator, an induction plate for cooking, a microwave oven, a coffee percolator, a teapot, and a dish-washer.

There are two balconies, one on the southern and the other on the eastern side of the apartment. The larger balcony features an overhang. In room 2, it is possible to add an extra bed and a crib bed for small children. Pets, smoking, parties, and visits are not allowed.
